The cost of your orthodontic treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Before beginning treatment, you’ll know exactly what to expect financially. We are happy to work with you to create a payment plan that best fits your budget. We offer interest-free monthly payments along with other flexible options. Just ask our treatment coordinator at your first visit for all the details.
INSURANCE
Your smile is forever yours—and we’re here to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best orthodontic care, whenever you need it.
Our office works with most insurance companies, both in-network and out-of-network. Prior to your first visit, we are happy to verify your benefits so we can provide you with an accurate estimate. Once your treatment begins, we will file your claims for you and accept payment directly from your insurance company to help reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.
Some of the insurance companies we work with daily include United Concordia, Cigna, Delta Dental, GEHA, Principal, Ameritas, Sun Life, United Healthcare, Aetna, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield and many more!
Most plans will pay our office directly, with only a few exceptions. Regardless, we will file your claim on your behalf and work with your insurance company to provide any necessary information so your orthodontic claim is processed quickly and efficiently.
There is often some confusion caused by the insurance companies about if you go “out-of-network” and your benefits. To clarify: yes, you absolutely can go out-of-network and still receive benefits!

Our office is proud to be in-network with United Concordia Active Duty and Tricare Dental Program (TDP). Conveniently located just a few miles from the Patrick Space Force Base, we’re honored to serve those who serve our country.
In addition to being in network with United Concordia Military plans, we are pleased to be in-network with Cigna PPO as well.
We do our best to obtain accurate information about your insurance policy and guide you through its complexities based on the information available to us. However, it is ultimately the subscriber’s responsibility to know what is covered under their insurance plan. While we do not accept HMO plans, we welcome all patients!
